Relief for FF Clayton Swafford and family
A 501(c)(3) Tax-Deductible Campaign
For the past year and a half, Christina Swafford has faced an ongoing medical journey marked by uncertainty and unanswered questions. She has undergone extensive testing, including an evaluation at Vanderbilt's Undiagnosed Disease Clinic, in the hope of finding a diagnosis. On May 14, 2026, doctors discovered metastatic lesions on her liver. Because the lesions are located between two major arteries, they cannot be surgically removed. Despite numerous tests, physicians have not yet been able to identify the primary source.
As Christina continues to fight this difficult battle, her husband, Gallatin Fire Department firefighter Clayton Swafford, is working two jobs to provide for their family while caring for her. The emotional and financial strain has become overwhelming as they navigate her ongoing treatment and uncertainty, and mounting medical expenses continue to add to the challenges they face each day. Let’s get the Swaffords the assurance and security they need during this challenging time.
