Relief for FF Hunter Slack and family

A 501(c)(3) Tax-Deductible Campaign

On Tuesday, March 12, 2026, West Virginia FF Hunter Slack and his family experienced a devastating total-loss structure fire at their home. Hunter, 27, lives with his wife, Destiny, and together they are raising their three young children. While the family is incredibly grateful that everyone was able to make it out safely, the fire ultimately destroyed the house and everything inside it. What was once their place of comfort, stability, and family life is now gone, leaving them suddenly displaced and facing an uncertain path forward.

They are now confronted with the overwhelming challenge of rebuilding their lives from the ground up while continuing to care for and support their three small children. During this incredibly difficult time, the Slack family will need the support of their community more than ever. Let’s provide them with the financial support and basic necessities they urgently need and help them take the first steps toward rebuilding their home and restoring a sense of normalcy for their family.
