Yahya Mbareck didn’t have turnout gear. He didn't have a ladder truck. He just had heart.
Acting on pure instinct, Yahya scaled the balcony from the ground. He pulled the woman from the smoke and flames, successfully rescuing her before the first engine could even set its brake. His quick thinking prevented a tragedy.
