Relief for the family of FF Eric Phillips after his on-duty passing

Relief for the family of FF Eric Phillips

A 501(c)(3) Tax-Deductible Campaign

On September 4, 2026, Firefighter Eric Phillips responded to a commercial fire alarm. While investigating the alarm activation, Eric suddenly collapsed and was found in cardiac arrest. Fellow department members immediately began providing emergency medical care and worked to save his life, and Eric was transported to the hospital for further treatment. Despite these efforts, he was later pronounced dead.

Eric’s passing is a devastating loss to his family, department, and community. He leaves behind his wife, Jill, who is now facing the difficult days ahead without him. In addition to grieving this tremendous loss, she must manage the immediate financial expenses that follow Eric’s passing. These include the initial costs associated with his funeral and services, along with other unexpected expenses. Let’s provide some relief to ease the burden brought on by such a devastating loss.
