Fire Captain Paramedic Major Cain Jr. is the kind of leader who never asks for help but is always the first to give it.
Recently, Major was diagnosed with work-related colon cancer that has metastasized to his lungs and liver. While he undergoes aggressive chemotherapy and multiple surgeries, his crew at Lakeside Fire & Rescue is standing by his side.
